I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically chose and paid for a floral arrangement online that had a very distinct look and value. What was delivered was completely different — different flowers, colors, and overall presentation. Not only did it not match what I ordered, but it also appeared to be of much lower value than what I paid for. If substitutions were necessary, I should have been contacted beforehand — especially when the changes are this drastic. The delivered arrangement did not reflect the quality, style, or price of what was shown online. I expected better communication and professionalism, especially when sending flowers for an important occasion. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I purchased some flowers for my mother and what was delivered was not very close to the arrangement that I ordered from the website. I understand that variations can happen based on flower availability, but the differences in flowers and color scheme were pretty substantial. I would have preferred to pick a different arrangement if the flowers I selected were unachievable. Additionally, a lot of the flowers were dry, wilted, and missing petals and the arrangement overall looked haphazard. There was a very obvious lack of care that went into making the arrangement, and it looked very low quality. I could have saved a lot of money and had better flowers from the grocery store. I reached out to Betty's Flowers multiple times, but received no response. We want to continue to support a local business, but were left disappointed by this experience, especially considering the price.

My sweet husband went out of his way to get me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. He ordered them 3 days before my birthday and they were delivered to me in Denton close to 4 in the afternoon on my birthday…. So it was a late delivery. I really didn’t get to enjoy them because look at how they were delivered to me. Half wilted and on their last leg. I don’t know what he paid but I wish he could get his money back because the flowers look horrible. And they were only on our porch for a few minutes before we brought them inside. So it wasn't the weather or a long time on our porch that did this to them. I would recommend picking them up from somewhere. Even grocery store flowers look better than this and last longer. These are already even worse than yesterday (the day they were delivered). My advice would be to go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
